Insurances
I am currently in the process of credentialing as in network with Aetna, Cigna, and Healthfirst. If I am not in network with your insurance provider, I can provide the necessary documents to submit to your insurance company for out of network coverage.
Self Pay Rates
Individual Session: $125 for a 53 minute session
